All our servers are located in Irish owned ServeCentric was established in 2002 and is the largest World class data centre in Ireland. From a purpose built data centre in North Dublin that is fitted out to the highest European operation specifications, ServeCentric offers a 24x7 environment that is always on.

24x7 Always On Environment

The purpose-built data centre covering 125,000 total square feet with a 10 Megawatt power capacity is designed to accommodate a wide range of services in a secure environment. The facility was designed on an n+1 principle with full generator and UPS back-up. Within the facility there are 20 Custom Suites, 4 Communications Suites and 4 Customer Labs. The Custom Suites offer dedicated, private and secure rooms that range in sizes from 900 square feet to greater than 4500 square feet. Each of the data suites has independent HVAC controls for local temperature management.

The Data Centre is carrier neutral with multiple network providers and diverse fibre paths.

• Fully redundant individual close control air conditioning (chiller and dry cooler system)

• N+1 cooling infrastructure system comprising of 6 CLIMAVENETA chillers
• Temperature controlled at 22°C (± 2°C)
• Humidity controlled at 40%-60% RH
• Filtered to class EU5
• 24x7 monitoring through BMS (Building Maintenance System)

Fire Management

• 10 stage VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection) air sampling system
• Designed and installed at critical points in the data suite for early detection

Physical Security

• 24x7 on-site security personnel, security breach alarms
• 24x7 pre-approved client access list
• 24x7 external and internal CCTV monitoring (106 cameras)
• Secure perimeter fence and strengthened barriers to prevent access
• All areas are protected and monitored by key card proximity locks

• Network level security to guard against flooding or IP spoofing
